  This contractor installed 30yr shingles on my roof about 12 years ago in Medford, and they need to be replaced. I called and asked him to look at the roof, and work with me to get the roof fixed. I was hoping to pay him for the labor, while I work with the manufacturer to get a prorated refund for the shingles. I had the original paperwork from the install.
  
  HE came out about 1 year ago, and has since refused to answer my phone calls or respond. Clearly he does not stand behind his work. At this point, I would be happy if he would just call me and tell me who the manufacturer is (I suspect it is GAF, but I can't tell).
